Mix all dry ingredients, pour onto a surface and form a depression in the center
Add the egg yolks, butter, and milk
Use a fork to mix everything quickly until it forms a homogeneous mass
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, forming a 40x35 cm rectangle
Cut strips of 1 cm width and roll them into prepared breadstick molds
Start at the tip of the mold and roll it up so that the strips overlap
Place the breadsticks in an ungreased baking dish and bake in a medium oven (180°C) for 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool
Remove the molds, pulling carefully to avoid breaking the dough
Serve with sweet or savory filling
