Divide the whiskey cream into two parts. Place one part in a hole-shaped mold. Freeze until almost solid. Add 1/2 cup of grated chocolate to the remaining cream, along with 1 can of heavy cream (or fresh or long-life). Place on top and freeze until firm. Quickly reheat over low heat to unmold.
