Open the foliated pasta to a fine sheet and cut into strips 1 cm wide and 7 cm long using a sharp knife
Brush one side of the strips with egg mixed with water
Place sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and caraway seeds in separate mounds on a parchment paper
Sprinkle each mound with a little salt
Wrap the pasta strips with the egg-side down over the sesame seed mixture
Twist each strip several times
Put them into a refrigerator-proof dish lined with parchment paper
