500 g of white rice
For the shrimp:
10 cloves of garlic
500 g of dried shrimp (peeled)
250 g of sesame seeds
1 finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped tomato
1 finely chopped bell pepper
4 stalks of parsley
4 green onions
4 cloves of garlic, crushed with salt
4 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil
500 g of white rice
For the shrimp:

Remove the leaves from the vinaigrette and place them in a saucepan with water to cook
Toast the sesame seeds and grind them in a blender or food processor
Set aside
Rinse the shrimp under cold running water, temper with onion, tomato, bell pepper, parsley, and garlic, crushed with salt
Saute well in olive oil
Set aside
When the vinaigrette is cooked, drain it and blend it with the cooking water in a blender or food processor
Cook the white rice with this broth
When the rice starts to dry, add the shrimp with sesame seeds and mix into the rice
Heat well, mixed together
Serve in 8 portions.
