Dough:
1 yeast tablet
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 cup of lukewarm milk
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
1 cup of cooked and mashed potato
2 cups of all-purpose flour
Oil for frying.
Filling:
1 chopped onion
2 diced tomatoes
2 tablespoons of oil
1 can of tuna in oil
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
150g of shredded mozzarella
Salt and black pepper to taste
Dough:

150g of shredded mozzarella

Dough:
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the milk
Add the remaining ingredients and knead well
Let it rest for 30 minutes
Filling:
Sauté the onion and tomatoes in oil
Add the tuna and parsley, cooking until dry
Add the mozzarella and season with salt and black pepper
Let it cool
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into 20cm diameter discs
Spread one portion of the filling over each disc
Fold over, pressing the edges together with a fork
Fry in hot oil and drain on paper towels.
