Heat the frying pan over high heat and add the bacon
Fry until golden brown, then remove the bacon and reserve
Leave only about a tablespoon of fat in the pan
Over medium heat, add the catalonha and cook until tender
Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl
Reserve the frying pan

Preheat oven to 180°C
Beat the eggs lightly and combine with the mixture of catalonha, bacon, Parmesan cheese, and ricotta
Mix well and season with salt
Heat the frying pan and add the egg mixture
Let it cook until the bottom is golden brown
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until firm.
