Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender until you get a creamy consistency
Place the mixture into a greased and floured ring mold, 25 cm in diameter, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes or until firm
Pour off any excess liquid and remove from the mold
Serve warm or cold
