Beat the eggs with water until foamy
Add the flour and salt, beating just to obtain a smooth batter
The mixture is fine
Grease a small skillet with oil and heat it up
Use 1/4 cup for each crepe
Fry for 1-2 minutes until the top is dry and the bottom is golden
Remove from the skillet and place on absorbent paper
When ready to fill, place 1/4 cup of mixture over the fried side of the crepe
Fold in the ends and then roll up
Next, refrigerate for at least a day
Fry in plenty of oil for about 7 minutes or until golden
