Beat the whites until stiff and set aside
Melt the butter and add the diluted flour in milk
Mix until thickened
Remove from heat and whisk in the yolks one at a time, after each addition
Add the cheeses and vegetable broth
Mix well and let cool
Gently fold in the beaten whites and yeast
Pour into a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven
