In a processor, finely chop the broccoli leaves and set aside
In a medium pan, heat the olive oil over high heat
Add the garlic and bacon and fry, stirring occasionally, until the bacon starts to brown (3 minutes)
Add the chopped broccoli and stir-fry until it becomes tender (1 minute)
Add the rice and salt and stir-fry for 1 minute
Add the boiling water and mix
Reduce heat, cover the pan, and cook until the rice is cooked through (about 10 minutes)
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately
