1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Cook the rice
While that's cooking, in a large skillet, fry the chicken legs in butter or margarine
Remove from the skillet and chop coarsely
In the same skillet, fry the onion and parsley using more butter or margarine if needed
Mix the cooked rice with the chicken, wheat germ, onion, and parsley
Add cilantro, broth, and season to taste
Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, and serve immediately
Serves 4.
