"Pineapple Jelly"

Pineapple Gelatin ("Pineapple Jelly")

    Heat a pan with about 5 cups of water to cook a medium-sized ripe pineapple, cut into pieces. Let it boil and add the pulp that forms to thicken, allowing the pineapple chunks to become soft. Then, remove some of the liquid and melt in it 14 white gelatin leaves and 4 red ones. Mix well with the pineapple. Let it cool and pour into separate containers and refrigerate.
