Prepare 30 minutes before serving
In a frying pan over medium heat, warm the olive oil and cook the onion until it's soft
Add 1/2 cup of water, white wine, paprika, and salt to taste
Cover and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the fish fillets and cook for 6-9 minutes, or until the fish is tender
Serve with a sauce over the fish, accompanied by vegetables or salad
Portion into three servings
