Rinse the fish filets and pat them dry
Season with lime juice and salt, and let sit for 10 minutes
Coat the fish in fubá mixed with Parmesan cheese and sweet cicely
Fry the fish in butter or margarine for about 6 minutes per side, then transfer to a warmed platter and garnish with lime wedges and chopped salsa.
