Microwave on high for 13 minutes or until golden brown
Add rice, salt, and water
Cover and bake at the same temperature for 14 minutes or until the rice is tender. Reserve
In another container, place the remaining butter
Add the seasoned fish fillets with salt and lemon juice
Cover and microwave on high for 6 minutes or until cooked
In a serving dish, spread the rice and top with the fish in flakes
Drizzle with 1/2 cup of the cooking liquid from the fish and sprinkle with almonds
Serve hot
