1 portion of codfish (central part or fillet)
4 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
4 large potatoes
Oil to taste
200g of black olives

Soak the codfish until it's nice and tender
Drain the water and reserve
Cook the potatoes without skins in thick slices and reserve too
In a terra cotta dish, put a little oil and spread the potatoes to form a layer
Place the onion cut into thin slices to form another layer
Cut the garlic also into thin slices and spread half of it over these layers
Then place the codfish
Spread the remaining half of the garlic on top and beside the codfish
Finally put the olives all over the plate and drizzle with plenty of oil
Put it in a hot oven and bon appΓ©tit!
