1 and 1/2 cups of rice
2 slices of crispy bacon
1 tablespoon of olive oil
100g of chorizo in ring shapes
1 leg with thigh and drumstick from chicken, cut into small pieces
150g of sun-dried beef in cubes
3 pork ribs
1 minced garlic clove
3 cups of boiling water
1/2 cup of cornmeal
1/2 cup of chopped hearts of palm
1/2 cup of green peas
1/4 cup of chopped green olives
1/4 cup of dried grapes
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 and 1/2 cups of rice

In a large skillet, brown the bacon in olive oil
Add the chorizo, chicken, and beef and cook well
Add the pork ribs and garlic
Fry for a few minutes and add the rice
Cook for three minutes
Drain the water and season with salt and pepper
Simmer on low heat until the meats are tender
If needed, add more boiling water
At the end of cooking, add the cornmeal, hearts of palm, peas, olives, and grapes
Mix well with a fork and serve immediately.
