Sauté the onion and tomato in three tablespoons of olive oil
Add the cod and let it sit for five minutes
Mix in the capers, thyme, and lemon juice
Reduce heat and add the cream
Simmer for five more minutes

In another skillet, heat the remaining olive oil and grill the bread slices. Reserve

In the same skillet, grill the lemon slices
Assemble each plate by placing two bread slices in the center, topping with cod, and serving on the side with grilled lemon
