Braised Beef with Sour Cream ("The Hungarian-Style Way")

    Prepare the beef basic, but add 2 tablespoons of paprika to the seasonings with wheat flour. Brown in butter or margarine and join 1 1/2 cups of beef broth. Cover and cook, adding more broth if needed. When the beef is ready, remove from the pot. Slice into strips and arrange on a platter. To the sauce that remained in the pot add 1 cup of sour cream (use fresh or canned sour cream with lemon juice to make it tangy). Heat and pour over the beef.
