3 diced tomatoes without seeds and skin

1 can of cream of milk
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 small package of shredded cheese
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
4 small red bell peppers, cored and cubed with skin
Salt and pepper to taste

Heat the oil and sauté the onion until it becomes transparent
Add the bell pepper and mashed garlic
Join the chicken, ginger, soy sauce, ketchup, diced tomatoes, and cook well
Add the corn with its liquid from the can and simmer over low heat until the chicken is tender
If necessary, add more hot water
Mix the cream of milk with wheat flour and shredded cheese and put it in the pan
Simmer until a thick sauce forms and add the peanuts and parsley
Let it cook for another minute and remove from heat
Adjust the salt and pepper and serve immediately.
