In a medium saucepan, bring the rice and water to a boil
Reduce heat and cook until the water evaporates, stirring occasionally

In a small bowl, mix together the passion fruit pulp with sugar and add it to the saucepan
Add milk and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is tender and forms a creamy consistency
