Place the well-rinsed rice in a pot and add two cups of water
Cook over low heat until all the water has evaporated
Mix the passionfruit juice with the sugar and remaining water, then add it to the rice
Add the milk and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon, until the rice becomes soft and forms a creamy consistency
Dust with cinnamon and mix well
Distribute in individual serving cups and refrigerate
Serve chilled, garnished with passionfruit seeds.
