1 cup of uncooked rice

1 can of condensed milk
1 can of cold cream (without serum)

Cook the rice in the water (if desired, you can add a cinnamon stick), until it becomes very soft
Add the condensed milk, mix everything and let it simmer for 5 more minutes
Add the cold cream, mixing well
Remove from heat
Serve in individual dishes and sprinkle with ground cinnamon
Refrigerate and serve chilled
