1/2 cup (chamomile tea) of water
1/4 cup (chamomile tea) of cranberry

Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add sugar and continue beating to obtain firm peaks
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, remove from heat and stir in heavy cream
Gently mix the egg whites with the chocolate cream
Distribute into individual cups and refrigerate
In a pot combine water, cranberry, and bring to a boil over high heat until boiling
Add rose seeds, turn off heat and mix in orange marmalade
Allow to cool and distribute over the mousses.
