300g all-purpose flour
200g butter or margarine
1 whole egg
100g confectioner's sugar

Mix all the ingredients with your fingertips
Divide the dough into two parts, one larger for lining the bottom and sides of a greased tart pan
Cover the dough with 6 frozen meringues cut into slices and 1 cup of raisins
Dust with a mixture of 1/2 cup confectioner's sugar and 1 or 2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
Cover the filling with the remaining dough
Make some small holes with a fork to let steam escape
Gloss with a beaten egg mixed with drops of oil, to glaze
If desired, make decorations with the dough, as shown in the photo
Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature for about 30 minutes, or until the dough is well baked.
