Dough
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 cup light butter, softened
2 cups water
2 tablespoons dietetic baking powder specifically for oven and grill
Filling
1 cup low-fat whipped cream
3 tablespoons strawberry ice cream
1 box of sliced strawberries

Mix all ingredients to form a homogeneous dough
Grease a removable-bottom tart pan with the dough
Bake in a medium oven until lightly golden brown
Remove from oven and spread low-fat whipped cream on the warm dough
Create a layer over the whipped cream with strawberry ice cream and arrange the sliced strawberries on top
Serve chilled.
