Preheat the oven to 350°F
On a flat surface, combine the flour and sugar
Add the butter in the center and mix everything with a spatula until well combined
Knead the dough with your hands until it becomes smooth and even
Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 2 millimeters
Use a cookie cutter to cut out the cookies
Separate half of the cookies and cut them into smaller shapes using a smaller cookie cutter
Place the cookies in an ungreased baking dish without overlapping them
Bake them in the preheated oven for 20 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool completely
Fill the entire cookies with ice cream, then place the cut-out cookies on top and complete the filling with the remaining ice cream.
