Mix all the dough ingredients
Knead well until a homogeneous dough forms
Slowly open the dough with your hands and shape into 0.5 cm diameter rolls
Create various shapes and coat the biscuits in granulated sugar
Place on an unbuttered baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at moderate heat (180°C) for approximately 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown
Make about 50 biscuits
Note: Store heavy cream in the refrigerator, tightly covered, until needed.
