Process the roasted peanuts in a meat grinder or blender
Make a syrup with the sugar and water
Add the ground peanuts, egg yolks, and wheat flour to the mixture
Mix everything well and add the syrup
Stir
Finally, whip the egg whites until stiff
Bake on a greased and floured 35x24cm tray
After cooling, cut into pieces and dust with confectioner's sugar.
