Rinse the rice and let it sit for 30 minutes
In a pressure cooker, melt the butter and add the onion until it starts to brown
Add the rice, salt, and stir for 1 minute
Pour in the boiling water, champagne, crushed strawberries, and seal
When the pressure valve starts to release, remove from heat and let rest for 15 minutes.
