Mix the meat with salt and pepper without over-processing
Open a rectangle of about 35 x 30 cm on parchment paper or aluminum foil
The paper should be slightly larger to facilitate handling
Brush the surface of the meat with half of the ketchup
Mix the carrot, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt, and eggs
Spread it over the meat
Roll it like a roulade with the help of the paper

Brush the entire meat with a little of the remaining ketchup
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) pinching with ketchup several times
