    This sandwich is a taste of the next seven wonders from that little corner in Northern Europe, but few can invent sandwiches like Denmark. Place a bit of lemon juice on top of small canned shrimp or larger ones cut into pieces. Butter slices of bread without crust. On each, washed and fresh lettuce leaf with a mound of shrimp in the middle. Mix equal parts sour cream and mayonnaise, season with lemon juice, pepper sauce, and salt. Top the sandwiches with this sauce and garnish with parsley sprigs or serve with pickled cucumber.
