For the meatballs,
1/2 pound ground beef
1 egg
1 cup of breadcrumbs - 30g
1/2 cup of garlic cloves, peeled and grated coarse - 75g
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
For the sauce,
1 cup of beef broth - 240ml
1/2 cup of heavy cream - 120g
A few drops of hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Mix the ground beef with the egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, and lemon zest
Season to taste
With 1/2 tablespoon butter or margarine forming into meatballs
Fry them in butter or margarine until they're golden brown
Add the beef broth
Cover the skillet and cook slowly for about 10 minutes
Add the heavy cream, hot pepper sauce, and parsley
Stir carefully and simmer without letting it boil
Make about 55 meatballs.
