2 tablespoons of oil

1/2 green pepper
4 cups cooked rice

Chopped salsa to taste
2 tomatoes, sliced
150g of ham, diced
150g of mozzarella cheese, diced
4 eggs
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese

Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion and bell pepper
Add the rice, salt, pepper, and salsa
Turn off the heat
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
In an ungreased baking dish, place half of the cooked rice
Spread a layer of tomato, ham, and mozzarella cheese on top
Cover with the remaining rice
In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, and grated cheddar cheese
Pour over the rice mixture, sprinkle oregano, and bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown
Serve hot.
