1 cup of washed and dried rice

4 spoons of salt
1 1/2 cups of hot water

Fry the rice in butter or margarine until it becomes well browned
Add 1 cup of hot water, cover the pan and, when the water starts to evaporate, add the remaining water and reduce the heat
Continue cooking with the covered pan until the rice is cooked and fluffy
Season with salt
Serve in 4 portions.
