Cut the salmon fillet in half
Cut one half into medium-sized cubes and mince the other half
Season the cubes with salt, black pepper, and wheat flour
Fry the salmon cubes in a skillet. Reserve
In the same pan, sauté the chopped onion, garlic, minced salmon, and black rice
Add boiling water to the pan and let it simmer for about 40 minutes or until the rice is tender
Once cooked, mix the salmon cubes with the black rice
Finish with thin slices of mango.
