1 tablespoon of olive oil

150g of ham cut into small cubes

1/2 cup of white wine
2 cups of vegetable broth
100g of fresh peas
1 carrot cut into small cubes
100g of grated cheese

Step 1: Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and ham until golden brown
Add the rice and stir well
Join the white wine and let it evaporate
Add the vegetable broth and simmer on low heat for approximately 10 minutes
Step 2: Add the peas, carrot, and cook until the rice is tender
Remove from heat, mix in the cheese, butter, and black pepper
Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
