1 1/2 kg of beef ribs
3 cloves of garlic
1 lemon
100 g of bacon
1 onion
1 carrot
1 cup of white wine
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
2 1/2 cups of beef broth
6 potatoes
1 bunch of parsley
Butter, sauce, chives, salt and pepper to taste

Season the meat with garlic, lemon, salt and pepper
In a large pan, fry the bacon in butter, add the onion and carrot and cook until tender
Add the beef ribs and cook for a few minutes
Pour in the white wine and season as needed
When the wine has evaporated, cover the meat with tomato paste dissolved in beef broth
Let it simmer for two hours and a half
Add the potatoes and cook until they're tender
Add the chopped parsley, sauce, and chives.
