Fry the pork tenderloin in butter until it's golden brown on all sides
Add paprika
About 5 minutes before serving, add the raisins and cherries that have been soaking in cherry compote for 1 hour, as well as the heavy cream
Let it cook slowly for 5 minutes
Serve it with a portion.
