Place the olive oil and onion in a pressure cooker
Fry over low heat, with the lid open, until the onions are soft and golden brown
If it gets too dry, add a little water
Add the ossobuco seasoned with salt and black pepper to taste, and fry for 10 minutes
Add the water and paprika
Close the pressure cooker and cook for 35 minutes after boiling
Serves 5-6 people.
