4 filet mignon steaks
1 small eggplant
4 to 5 tomatoes
Frying oil for frying
1 small jar of stuffed green olives
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash the tomatoes and eggplant
Slice into rounds
Heat oil in a skillet
Add sliced olives, tomatoes, and eggplant
Let it fry for 7 minutes
Add chopped parsley and basil
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Place on top of the steaks, once fried.
