500 g of ground beef
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup of breadcrumbs (50 g)
2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of oregano
Salt to taste

Red bell pepper, sliced
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

In a bowl, mix well the beef, egg, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, milk, oregano, and salt to taste
Form meatballs
Assemble the skewers by alternating the meatballs with slices of onion and red bell pepper pieces
Grill in a churrasco or skillet for 35 minutes, or until golden brown
Brush with lemon juice
Arrange sliced cabbage on a platter, place the skewers on top, and serve.
