Season the meat
Pierce and re-stuff with linguica
Bring a pan with water, milk, and onion slices to a boil
Add the stuffed lizard and let it cook thoroughly
When it's tender, remove it from the heat and set aside for another pan, using the broth as a sauce (the right amount, as the rest can be used as a thickening agent for a future soup)
After that, spread a thick layer of red seasoning over the stuffed lizard and fry it in hot olive oil
Remove and drain
In the same pan with the broth, add the fat from this last frying, diced tomatoes, onion slices, chives, and complete the sauce to cover the stuffed lizard in a dish, to be served
This dish can be served cold, cut into thin slices.
