Heat the beef broth with English mustard in a saucepan and let it simmer for 5 minutes on low heat
Mix the wheat flour dissolved in a little water
Stir constantly until thickened and reserve
In a skillet, sauté the garlic, ginger, and mushrooms in olive oil
In a non-stick skillet, grill the beef medallions on both sides and season with salt
Place the beef and mushrooms in a baking dish and drizzle with the sauce.
