In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat
Add the flour, salt, pepper, and half of the milk, stirring constantly until smooth
Set aside
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks until frothy, then add the remaining milk and stir well
Combine with the reserved mixture and return to heat, stirring constantly until the eggs are cooked and the sauce is lightened
Add the lobster pieces to the sauce and serve immediately.
