Season to taste and process until smooth
Divide the mixture into six parts and shape into burgers
Brush each one with oil
Fry in moderate heat in an anti-adhesive skillet, covered, brushed with oil
Serve hot
Baste on both sides
If desired, toast the buns

Assemble the sandwiches and serve with the sauce on the side
