4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 cups of breadcrumbs

Season the beef with garlic, salt, and black pepper
Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each cutlet and cover with well-chopped breadcrumbs (optional: blend in a blender)
Place the cutlets in a greased baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes
Note: do not flip the cutlets
