1 Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a blender, beat the milk, egg, butter, flour, yeast, and salt
2 Place in a 30cm diameter form and bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned
3 Remove from the oven, spread with tomato, and season with oregano, salt, pepper, and olive oil
4 Cover with mozzarella cheese and bake again until melted
