1 kg of cassava
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of butter
2 eggs
1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of yeast
4 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
1 package of grated cheese.
Bolognese Sauce:
500g of ground beef
1 can of tomato sauce
Garlic and salt to taste
1 kg of cassava

Bolognese Sauce:
500g of ground beef

Cook the cassava and mash it while still warm
Add the remaining ingredients, minus the grated cheese, and mix like a puree
Sauce:
In a skillet cook the ground beef and sauté with the sauce and seasonings
Turn half of the ready sauce into a baking dish, cover with the dough and pour the remaining sauce on top along with the grated cheese
Place in the oven to bake for approximately 20 minutes.
