2 ripe peaches
1/4 cup (scant) of milk
500g of ground meat
1 finely chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of oregano
1/4 cup (scant) of green olive, pitted and chopped
100g of prosciutto, diced
1/4 cup (scant) of all-purpose flour

150g of bacon strips

Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a large bowl, soak the peaches in milk and blend well
Add the ground meat, onion, garlic, oregano, olives, prosciutto, flour, egg, salt, and mix thoroughly, forming a dough

In a 10x20cm English muffin tin, arrange the bacon slices leaving some overhang on the sides
Place the meatball mixture and press down well
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes
Remove the foil and let it bake for another 10 minutes approximately.
